About the Event
Join alumnae and collegians as we cheer on runners at the Girls on the Run fall season celebratory 5k. Wear pink and come ready to cheer for all the runners. This year the event is on Mother's Day weekend and we encourage everyone to bring their moms or any special mom in their life to help us cheer!
WHO: All area Gamma Phi Beta alumnae and collegians, and their moms!
WHAT: Gamma Phi Beta Cheer Station for the Girls on the Run St. Louis 5k.
WHEN: Saturday May 11th. Arrive by 8:00am. Finish by 11:00am.
WHERE: Inside Forest Park, location TBD
WHY: To support the GOTR participants in the culminating event of their GOTR journey.
HOW: Bring your smile and voice. Wear pink if you'd like, wear comfy shoes, and feel free to bring anything to help you feel comfy and enable you to cheer your heart out! You can also bring noisemakers, music, horns, whistles, or anything similar to encourage the runners The event happens rain or shine.
