About the Event
The St. Louis Alumnae Panhellenic Association (SLAPA) hosts an annual scholarship reception for area collegians called the Spirit Celebration. In 2025, Gamma Phi Beta will be responsible for hosting over 100 NPC women who will be attending to recognize our 2025 scholarship winners. This will also be the 90th anniversary for SLAPA!
Our alumnae group needs your help to organize and decorate the ballroom at Forest Hills Country Club on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 5:30 -7:30pm. We want this to be best the celebration for SLAPA so far!
We need volunteers to help with:
- Greeting committee
- Decorations Committee
- Photo opp decorating area balloon wall etc.
- Reservations Table including setting up seating assignments
- Name tags design
- Program design
